PRIVACY POLICY – HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We guarantee that the product you order from ESSpa Kozmetika will arrive in good condition or we will return the full purchase price of the damaged product less shipping & handling. ESSpa In-Store Credit will be issued for items that have been opened. We reserve the right to deny refunds for products that have been partially used or were purchased more than 30 days ago.

Your satisfaction is important to us. You may return any product within 30 days of our shipment date. Full refunds will be issued only if product(s) are returned unused in their original unopened packaging.
Returns of items that have been used and/or opened will be issued In-Store Credit only – except in case of defective product(s). Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

GIFT CARDS and/or CERTIFICATES
There are no refunds or returns of ESSpa Kozmetika Gift Cards and Certificates, however ESSpa Kozmetika Gift Cards are transferrable and have no expiration fees. Please understand that Treatment prices might be higher when your Gift Card is used than when the Gift Card was originally purchased. Whoever presents the Gift Card will be responsible for paying the difference, if any.

All returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip and/or receipt.
When you return an item, please follow the instructions on the packing slip,
and most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return. OPENED PRODUCTS ARE NON-RETURNABLE.

You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected shipments. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement. Some banks take longer than others to process credit returns and may take up to 2 months to post credited returns.

Your packing slip will indicate where you need to send your return.
